Remote Desktop (RD)
Remote Desktop is a technology that allows our technicians (when authorized) to see a user's screen and remotely access their keyboard. Using RD, we can provide a high level of support right from our offices or any other mobile location.
RD is especially helpful when it is difficult for a user to describe a problem in technical terms, or in sufficient detail. Often, calls that might take twenty minutes or more of back-and-forth over the phone are resolved almost immediately using RD.
